My dashboard

Here you will find additional information on logging in and how our dashboard works.

Signing In

LoginIt is easy to register for a thirty-day HiHaHo trial. After signing up, you can Sign in at the HiHaHo website with your email address and a password. If you have forgotten your password, you can easily create a new password by clicking on ‘Forgot your password?’. HiHaHo will send you a link to your email address that allows you to create a new password.

Finally, when signed in, you can enable a Two Factor Authentication. This feature is an additional security layer which will ask for an extra code that you will receive on an app on your phone, the authenticator app, that changes over time. In addition to your email address and password, you need to enter this code before you can log in. However, after you have logged in, you can enable a button that will remember this computer and browser combination for thirty days, so you won’t have to use this two-factor authentication on a computer you work on every day, for instance.

You can change the settings of the Two factor Authentication in your Account settings.

Your Video Library

After signing in, the first thing that you will see is the Dashboard. This is where all your interactive videos being shown. If you want to import a new video to HiHaHo, simply click the green New HiHaHo button. In the next screen, you can choose from which video platform you want to import a video. After you have made your choice, search for a video title or paste the URL of a video. If the person who has uploaded the video has indicated that they do not want the video to be publicly available, you would not be able to enrich their video, as HiHaHo will then give an error.

Warning: It is your responsibility to use public and copyrighted materials responsibly. We will not be held accountable for your misconduct. We provide more information on copyright infringement laws and our Terms of Service here.

After you have imported a video, it will appear on your Dashboard. When you click ‘More options’ on the right side of a video, you are able to Delete, Duplicate or Move the video. To understand what we mean by ‘moving your video’ we first have to explain one other feature of HiHaHo: Containers.

Video Containers

You can create several Containers in HiHaHo. Using Containers, you can organize your interactive videos. For example, you can create a separate container for your personal videos and another for work-related videos. Therefore, if you want to move a video from one container to another, you can use the Move feature to do so. Or, if you want the video in both Containers, you can first Duplicate and then Move one copy to the other container.
